If all the people in China Jumped at the same exact time, could they cause a title wave?
I think you mean TIDAL wave, not “title” wave.
The answer is no. The mass of the earth, even in relation to 1.3 billion Chinese people, is immense. It would take much more than jumping people to create a disturbance large enough to cause a tidal wave.
Earth’s mass = approx. 6000000000000000000000000 kg
Mass of 1.3 billion people = approx. 88880096692 kg (assuming about 68kg/person)
